Ucapan Laknat Yang Diperbolehkan

Penulis: Al Ustadzah Ummu Ishaq Al Atsariyah
(HR. Muslim no. 2597)
(HR. Bukhari dan Muslim dalam Shahih keduanya)
Beliau Shallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam mengabarkan :
Wallahu a’lam bis shawwab.

How to Eliminate Children's Nightmares - Dream Analysis and Psychotherapy

Nightmares and bad dreams are warnings sent to our ignorant conscience by the unconscious mind that produces our dreams. They are alarms that try to prevent mental illnesses, or help us avoid making serious mistakes.
This means that your children's nightmares are not caused by their fears or by external stimuli. Their nightmares usually reflect their difficulty on accepting the changes in their body brought on by maturity because they are being influenced by negative components of their personality.
In order to clearly understand the meaning of your children's nightmares you have to relate what is happening to their lives to the meaning of the dream symbols contained in their dreams.
You will understand all their psychological problems when you'll analyze the meaning of their dreams. You'll be able to diagnose potential mental illnesses that are threatening their future, and help them prevent depression and neurosis. Other times you'll understand that they are not accepting reality, especially if you are getting divorced or something as bad as their parents' separation is worrying them.
The unconscious mind that sends warnings to all dreamers in the form of nightmares, also sends children dreams that work like psychotherapy.
Thanks to the scientific method of dream interpretation which precisely interprets the meaning of all dreams, you have today very clear explanations on how to solve all your problems though dream messages. You will immediately understand the unconscious guidance by simply translating dream images into words.
Dreams provide a continual source of communication. You'll have many explanations about the causes of your nightmares in your followup dreams. Your children will have the same opportunity to understand their nightmares with subsequent dream followups as well.
You should tell your children to pay attention to their dreams and write them down as soon as they awake. If your children are little, you have to write down their dreams for them.
Once you learn the dream language you have a direct communication with the unconscious mind. You'll not only easily understand the meaning of your children's dreams; you'll have information about their mental health in your own dreams. Therefore, facilitating a better understanding of their psyche.
The unconscious mind is our natural doctor. Its main function is to protect your mental health from the attacks of the anti-conscience, the wild side of our conscience, which is violent, and keeps trying to dominate our behavior.
The anti-conscience is gradually eliminated as we acquire more consciousness through dream therapy. The violent and absurd reactions of our wild side are transformed into balanced behavior thanks to the unconscious guidance.
By translating the meaning of their dreams and following the unconscious guidance, your children will completely eliminate their wild conscience while they are still young, and this way avoid all mental illnesses and mental disorders that could ruin their adult lives.
Consequently, they won't need to be alarmed by nightmares and bad dreams. Instead, they will have pleasant dreams that will enlighten them, helping them completely develop their intelligence and the positive components of their personality.

What Causes Nightmare ??

Nightmares are not caused by external factors; they are not a consequence of over-eating like many people believe. If you have nightmares after over-eating this means that you have a negligent attitude in life. Nightmares are caused by your wrong attitude or behavior.
A nightmare is an alarm that tries to prevent future problems, deceptions, mental illnesses or catastrophes. Nightmares that scare you represent dangerous situations in your life that need your urgent attention. However, when you have bad dreams that don't frighten you, this means that you are apathetic towards what is harmful in your life.
I'm going to give you an example, using the bad dream of my neighbor. She gave me the right to publish it publicly in order to provide a lesson.
My neighbor dreamt that she was with a friend driving her car and going down the street. The street was on an incline and was dangerously filled with slippery mud because it was raining. Her car suddenly became a roller skate. Her friend was behind her, giving her instructions about where they should go. They entered into a shopping center with the roller skate. The shopping center had a big door in its entrance. As soon as they entered the door closed behind them and they were locked inside.
From a therapeutic standpoint, we need to know more about the dreamer in order to perfectly translate her dream because all dreams talk about the dreamers' life. What we know is that she is a young woman; very thin, attractive and superficial. She is too preoccupied about her appearance; spending all her money on new clothes.
I told my neighbor that the way she drives her car in a dream represents the way she drives her life. Her car became a roller skate, which is a very dangerous form of transportation. Hence, the way she drives her life is as dangerous as travelling by roller skates and being out of control. She started laughing, not understanding how serious the dream warning was.
In order to understand the meaning that her friend had in the dream we have to know how the dreamer characterized him or her. You see, other people in our dreams represent parts of our own personality who behave like the different people who appear in our dreams. Therefore we need to know the importance each dreamer places upon the people they know who become part of their dreams.
My neighbor told me that she doesn't trust her friend because she is somehow crazy. This means that her friend represents an absurd part of her own personality. The rain in dreams represents a solution. Examining everything together now that we analyzed the dream symbols, the meaning of this dream was:
Be careful because the way you are living is very dangerous (car that becomes a roller skate). You are being influenced by an absurd part of your personality (somehow crazy friend). Therefore, at a certain point in your life you'll be forced to find a solution (rain). However, you'll face problems that you were not expecting (mud and a street on a dangerous incline). In the end you'll get trapped in a horrible situation without finding a way out (shopping center where my neighbor and her friend got locked in).
My neighbour and client now understood that she has to change her attitude and take life seriously which she did not understand before my translations. Her dream is very common; many people have bad dreams without feeling scared. Their apathy before frightening situations in dreams reflects the indifference they feel towards dangerous situations of their lives.
Be prudent when you have bad dreams or nightmares! Keep a dream journal and follow dream therapy. You'll avoid needless suffering and develop your intelligence. This way, you'll easily detect all hidden traps.

5 Ways To Improve Concentration And Memory

We've already seen how important concentration is for achievement. It does require discipline and hand in hand with discipline goes practice. Practice, in the sense that you become used to starting work at a set time in the morning and finishing... when you finish!

Personally, I find it a good idea to prepare for the next day, so that I'm not dithering around, wondering whether I'll do this first or that. I've made up a schedule and I do my best to stick to it.

So what are five ways to improve concentration and memory? Let's list them.

1. Look To Your Comfort.

If you sit down to start work and suddenly realize you're desperate to go to the toilet, concentration won't stand much of a chance! So make sure you've 'been,' that you have a mug of coffee close by, that you're not hungry... in short, that you'll be unable to find any further excuse to leave your desk.

2. Clear The Routine Work.

Go through your E-mails, making notes of the more important ones you'll deal with later. If you have to 'tweet,' or look on Facebook, do so, but don't spend half the morning at it. Only go on these sites for business. Alternatively, schedule half an hour first thing every morning to surf these sites and any other site that interests you, so that you have a bit of enjoyment before you start work.

3. Move Into Concentration Mode!

You've had your fun, now it's time to work. You know, or should know, what you have to do. So, focus on it. Here's a little exercise that may help.

Think of someone you really admire. An athlete, perhaps, or a great musician or artist. Close your eyes and imagine for a few seconds that you're them. Try to immerse yourself in their level of intense concentration, how they must feel just before the conductor's baton comes down or the starting gun goes off. Slide your mind off them, open your eyes and you should be in good focus to begin your own work.

4. Tricks Of Recall.

The method of remembering through association helps a great deal. For instance. I'm sure you've heard of Socrates, who taught... Plato, who taught... Aristotle. Well, just imagine these giants of thought being pampered at a luxurious S P A... and there you have it! This method is known as 'mnemonics.' (The first 'm' is silent, as in 'elbow!!').

5. State For Ultimate Concentration.

When you're trying to remember something, it helps if you're in a similar state of mind when you were actually learning it. It's known as 'state-bound recall.' When trying to remember something, take a few seconds to recall how you felt and your physical surroundings when you actually learned the information.
Try these tips.
